  • What are the standard delivery charges and shipping dates?

    Your delivery date may vary from item to item. All items sold on are shipped from the United Kingdom to our headquarters in Islamabad. To know the most updated delivery date, check the item page. Your parcel should reach you between the mentioned dates. Rarely an unforeseen event may cause some delay. We recommend that you contact GuruApp Care.

    1. Delivery charges are applicable for the effort or nature of delivery requirements.
    2. Charges may vary according to your

      • It may even be different for different categories of products
    3. We deliver by 10 p.m. and cannot commit to a specific time delivery at your door.
    4. Morning deliveries are usually delivered before 2 p.m.
    5. You can also choose to pick-up your package from the nearest MnP courier company’s office.

  • Why am I paying the delivery charges?

    The charges are applicable because we aim to handle your product with care during its delivery process. We can't deliver products for free due to their nature and the effort involved.

  • Why items sold are non-returnable?

    The items are non-returnable due to hygiene, personal care/consumables, contamination, swapping, and the imported nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of a defect (by GuruApp) or a different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement as applicable. For any such case, the product shall not be consumed/opened from the GuruAppprotection shield. We may contact you to confirm the defect/different item before issuing a refund/replacement.

    Returning products must be returned without opening the GuruApp protection seal. We monitor return activity by customers for exploitation, and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that we will no longer accept any returns from them. Processing return products can take up to 14 working days.

    The same product which you have purchased will be returned if you qualify for a return.

  • How to check your GuruApp package?

    When you receive your package, open the carton box. Check your items from the GuruApp Protection seal bag, if something doesn't seem right, please don't break the seal and get in touch with GuruApp care

  • What to do if my package is delayed?

    Please refuse to collect the shipped package and it will automatically be sent back to us. We will process your refund only if the payment method was not cashed on delivery. If you have collected and opened the shipped package, you do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

    Please note, GuruApp Care is in constant communication with its customers in case there is any delay in their order delivery. The customers are usually pre-informed that there is an unexpected delay in their order. If you haven’t heard from our delivery department, please follow the following steps.
